My son Rui likes fish very much.I and my family love this dal. So today I cooked rui fish head with boot dal. Again, these pulses have many nutritional properties and benefits. They also contain a lot of meat and protein. We eat a variety of dishes with rui fish but it is very delicious to eat this dish.Everyone likes Rui fish heads. And if it is cooked with boot dal, it will be very fun.

★Boot pulses 250 g.
★ Rui fish head 2 pieces fish 3 pieces.

★ Powdered Chili 1 Tablespoon.
★ 1 tablespoon of chopped onion
★ Salt, turmeric, oilThe amount ofspices.

Now I will cut the fish a little।

I will boil it with adequate amount of water.

I will fry everything in a pan and pour the stalks.

Now take 5 to 7 minutes with a little hot water.

Now I will give the fish head with omacha.
