I am starting this as a learning project for me and my audience! Couple years ago in a training session our HR manager asked us about investment in learning like buying books, attending paid workshop or training session or buying any online course.
I found myself a place of nowhere of paid learning!
I streight say no investment, today after couple of years i've descovered myself having linkedin learning licence, attended couple of paid international training and many unpaid training and presentaion to develop my learining, presentation skills and public speaking capability to ensure better productivity, efficiency and leadership capability.
I wish to share my thought from thease continus learning in this platform.
Investing at Linkedin was one of the best decision as this helps me to make my goal of learning and the result is making a hive post which I decided to continue onward.
As a Manager who deals with customer, my focus would be customer experience, team bulding, leadership, productivity and efficieny.
