You can make different strategies. You can set an affiliate marketing program to promote and sell your product. When you customers land on your website or visit your shop, you have to do your best to help and support him so that he can convert into your repeated buyers

You can engage with your customers on social media. You can answer their questions and give support. If you can put a smile on your customer's face, you are doing a great job.
If the customer faces any problem or there is any fault, you should say sorry and fix that immediately. You have to be customer-centric. This is going to change your business and you can grow faster.
