Hello friends of the feel good community I hope you are healthy and happy!
Cooking for me is an act of pure love because I think there is nothing more powerful and loving than making food for the people you love, it's like blessing them with more life and health. I really enjoy cooking for them and I always think of making them something that they will enjoy and make them happy.
This afternoon I didn't have much time and I wanted to make something delicious, simple and quick, I thought of preparing a short pasta with tuna, it is a very Caribbean dish because it involves fish and the truth is that canned tuna doesn't taste so much like fish in my opinion, it just gives it a touch of sea flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo of short pasta
- 1 can of tuna
- Any tomato-based sauce.
- Salt, adobo and oregano.
The combination of flavors of this meal is really delicious, apart from everything is achieved with very few ingredients that everyone has at home and is done in very little time as maximum 20min, it is ideal for lunch or dinner when you have children because all children like pasta and tuna.

Boil enough water in a pot with a pinch of salt, when the water boils add the pasta for about 7 minutes turning it occasionally. When it is ready strain the water and add a spoonful of butter to the pasta.

Heat a frying pan with a little oil, add the tuna and sauté it for one minute.

add the adobo and a little salt

Then add the sauce you have based on tomato and sauté for a minute

To make the sauce more consistent, add chicken broth, stir and cook for 5 minutes over low heat

Finish by adding oregano when ready and eat!
We all have different ways of presenting our love to the people we love and have close to us, for me cooking is one of them and it is something that fills me, it is a simple act with a deep meaning, you take care of your loved ones and you give your energy through cooking the food that will make them live longer.
Food is a bridge of love and in all cultures it exists and they give it the importance it has, there are thousands of ways to combine and cook the same elements, each culture has its own way and that makes cooking in our culture the most continuous way to give importance to our roots and that simply makes us happy!
I am a Caribbean woman who likes simple things that at the same time have a deep impact like cooking with love! I hope it encourages you to show more love in cooking and that you like the very simple and quick recipe!
