Today was a beautiful and long summer day and I enjoyed some nice time at the lake swimming and lying in the sun / shadow of a tree. Since it was pretty hot I went into the water of the lake several times for a short swim. In the late afternoon Evening I visited my brother and he made some self made Ice Cream from raspberries. He has bought an ice cream machine and showed it to me very proud. Now in summer this is a really cool machine to make some really delicious homemade Ice Cream. He nearly convinced me to buy one myself, but I stick with my Thermomix and have to freeze the fruits beforehand to make some Ice cream that is also very delicious.
