Yesterday I thought it will be time for a nice and yummy Goulash since it is easy to make but needs a long time for cooking and is usually the best for eating on the second or third day, it is perfect for todays dinner or tomorrow. This is one of my favorite dishes that I can cook myself and from time to time I cook a pot full of goulash for me. With this much I can eat about 2-3 days for lunch and dinner when combining it with some bread and potatoes. So eventhough the meat might be a little expensive but if you break it down to one meal it is OK in terms of price. And since it is one of my favorite dishes I like too cook it whenever I have time and the appetite for it.
