Hi friends of this community!
When you have a bussy lifestyle most of the times you have to stop doing things that you love to do and fill your spirit. You have to accomplish a squedule, a weekly and monthly plan and to finish lot of tasks.
But when you are finally on vacations you are able to do whatever you want and have a lot of fun. It really feels good when you had the opportunity to retake a past habit or hobbie that you enjoyed doing. And I may affirm that because that happened to me these days.
I have always been into music since I was a kid singing and learning to play the most beautiful melodies in different musical instruments. I tried the piano and the flaute, and I decided to try something new and easier. I used to play the guitar when I was a teenager. I may did it as part of a community project named "Hope" that taught some children to play various musical instruments, to sing, to dance and theater.
I went to study far from home to become a teacher for four long years and when I came back I was a graduate teacher, and I started to study in the university and to teach English in the countryside. At the end of the day, when I had to come home I was really exhausted. And the worst was that the guitar was not mine, it belonged to the project. Summing up; I had never again to play the guitar.
I remember how much I enjoyed to learn new songs and to sing for my family and in a few occasions for a public.
These days I I had to assume the instrument to play for the mass to perform with the church's choire.
As I said in the first lines, it really makes me feel good. I had to prepare myself and do my best to find the right chords.
Feeling the melody in my hands, running in my vains was the best. It was amazing to do it again, and even more special to coincide with the celebration of the First Communion of some sisters from the church, as well as my own Confirmation in the Catholic faith. Playing for the entire community on such an important date meant a lot to me. All those people listening and singing along to my music was something truly special.
The church was full there were people from San Juan and the usual crowd from here in San Luis. Noelia was also there, along with my godmother and my mom, who never leaves my side.
It was good for me to play again. It might even be years before I perform for an audience, for my family, and for myself once more. Iām always busy with work and personal growth, which is why I cherish these moments the little things that make all the difference amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life.
