On September 12, 1992 Eastern Championship Wrestling ran a show at the Aztec Club, the second time that the company held a show there (the first was on August 22, 1992 - https://thehistoryofwwe.com/ecw-results-1992/). Many shows from this time in ECW's early history aren't well known even by die-hard ECW fans.
However, one of the few matches which has stayed in wrestling fans' memories is the outdoor match which saw ECW heavyweight champion Jimmy "Superfly" Snuka defeat Super Destroyer #1 (managed by Hunter Q. Robbins III). The match featured two spots with the wrestlers taking bumps into the club's swimming pool. Snuka won the match pinning Super Destroyer #1 in the pool, The referee, who made the pinfall count in the pool as well, was Jon Finegan.
This video at the 2 hour, 20 minute, 40 second mark has ECW founder Tod Gordon giving more insights about that match including a story about Super Destroyer #1 and his boots:
In this interview with Chubby Dudley, Super Destroyer #1 (AJ Petruzzi) talks about the swimming pool match as well:
Snuka's first match with ECW was the night he won the first-ever ECW heavyweight championship on April 25, 1992 - defeating Salvatore Bellomo (https://www.cagematch.net/?id=2&nr=461&page=4&s=300).
He stayed with ECW until August 1994, with his final match teaming with the Tazmaniac against the Pitbulls at the ECW Arena. https://www.cagematch.net/?id=2&nr=461&page=4&s=200
This video shows Jimmy Snuka discussing his time in ECW, although he doesn't mention the swimming pool match in particular:
