Land 3-3-2: The paradisiacal retirement haven
🤼 Overview, odds & stats
An 8-star whose only "flaw" is that it's not crowded. You can definitely work this, haha. Your odds of pulling any 8-star are 6% or about 1 in 17. There are three 8-star combos, so this exact NFT's odds are roughly 1 in 50.

🤔 Interpretation
It doesn't get much better than this. There are maybe 2 other NFTs I'd rather have. You have max base Wealth, max base Fans, and healthy (if not maxed) Population.
With this power, you can basically go in any direction, with the exception of easily hosting huge shows. But you don't need huge shows to do well on passive income—just make sure your rich Fans go to most shows.
And or course, freelance wrestling farming is very healthy here. Depending on just how many upgrades the 3-star Wealth affords you (and we should be getting news on that pretty soon), you may well be able to get the best of both worlds!
🕹️ Strategies
1️⃣ Healthy passive income. I don't see a reason to not give some upgrade space to this. Improve Fan quality, improve how much they'll spend. The impact is maximized here against those max baseline stats. Very efficient, in theory. Boosting Population is 10x less efficient and it does nothing to help Fan quality. I always bash Population growth upgrades... so just be wary that the WOO team may add (or already include) some bonus to Population size that I've missed or am not aware of!!
2️⃣ Freelancers. No organization is going to ignore the chance to have a show on an 8-star. Sure, there are other NFTs that are slightly better but the fact is that there won't be that many of them out there. All to say: you'll be rolling on the freelance drop table on a regular basis with an 8-star. So why not increase your odds of rolling a sweet one? Training Centers and Scout upgrades are what to look at here.
3️⃣ Trading. What's a good price for this earning machine? You'd have to figure out how much $WOO it makes a day (or something), and compare that to if it's worth selling/buying for a lump sum. You can also speculate on the value of these first WOO land NFTs. Floor as I write: $250. That will change, most likely. Which direction? Wish I knew.
🏝️ Land characterization
I see this vibrant town as a verdant mountain valley nestled away in a region with perfect climate, wonderful weather, rich resources, and international travel options. And as a quirk of history and circumstance, it happens to be the #1 retirement destination for famous wrestlers, managers, organizers, etc. And with this kind of pedigree built into the culture, the market for shows is way above average. This is a common place for big championship matches, celebrity events, charity balls, etc. A stop on everyone's list!
WOO skews a normal distribution to make high-stat land harder to pull (makes sense, right?) The most common pull is a 6-star land, with 7 different ways the stars could be configured.
