Land 2-3-2: The posh county

🤼 Overview, odds & stats
A very nice 7-star, if you're a Wealth hunter. No limiting 1-star stat means options abound. Your odds of pulling any 7-star are 12% or about 1 in 8. There are six 7-star combos, so this exact NFT's odds are roughly 1 in 48.
Pop | Fans | People | Wealth | Wealth per† | Avg base demand‡ |

🤔 Interpretation
The worst thing about this NFT may just be all the choice. What to do?? You've max base Wealth, therefore max base upgrade options. Healthy population means attracting shows shouldn't be too hard... so do you go for passive income, freelance wrestling farming, or both?
Both feels nice. You may indeed have the luxury to pursue that too. As usual, I don't fully see the need to spend too much time worrying about boosting Population (I'd rather spend upgrades on Fan quality so that I don't add more Fan-blocking People to show composition)... but I suspect that there will be more to raw Population than what I assume.
TL;DR all your problems are good ones!
🕹️ Strategies
1️⃣ Hammer that Wealth. It's just so tempting! Every upgrade to Wealth is at max efficiency because the base is maxxed. Wealth translates directly to your passive income potential.
2️⃣ Freelance wrestler farming. Best saved for 3-star Fans NFTs... but it might not be a bad idea to sacrifice a little bit of passive income for a better chance to roll for sweet sweet NFTs. This is where some opportunity cost tables will need to get deployed. Contrived scenario: is a 3% boost to your average passive $WOO income worth giving up a 5% boost to landing a Rare+ freelance wrestler? A lot of that depends on the utility and price of the yet-t0-be-released freelancers... so, stay alert!
3️⃣ Trading. The floor when writing was over $115. Pricey! Justified price? Hard to say. The passive cashflow from the game will help find the right market price... and who the hell knows what $WOO will do in the coming year? But hey, if we get one of those crypto bull runs... hahaha okay I won't peddle hopium, sorry.
🏝️ Land characterization
These are the rich and posh communities and counties that exist maybe 1-2 hours away from a major metro area. Wine country, gated communities, golf courses, private airstrips. The Hamptons, if you will. Summer homes abound, there's a good mix of quiet millionaires, retirees, and if you're lucky, you'll spot a celebrity every now and then. Not a terrible retirement option after you make your stacks in the territory wrestling game 😉.

WOO skews a normal distribution to make high-stat land harder to pull (makes sense, right?) The most common pull is a 6-star land, with 7 different ways the stars could be configured.
