Land 3-1-1: The cultish hideaways
🤼 Overview, odds & stats
A strange, Fan-heavy 5-star. Seems purpose-built to farm freelance wrestlers? Your odds of pulling any 5-star are 24% or about 1 in 4. There are six 5-star combos, so this exact NFT's odds are roughly 1 in 24.

🤔 Interpretation
Normally the 1% Fans is nice (4x more than a 1-star), but when paired with low Population, you end up with 100 Fans total. Better than the 25 or 50 base that some NFTs have, but it's still pretty paltry.
The saving grace here may be the math on freelance wrestler drop chance. That hasn't been made public yet—all we know is that 3-star Fan rating is the best base to work from.
In order to roll for freelance wrestlers, you do need shows. So you'll either have to self-host or crank something else up to try and attract other organizations.
🕹️ Strategies
1️⃣ Freelance wrestler farming. This is the best use case that I think there is, with what I know about the game. Max out the Training Center on this land (if able, 1-star Wealth might limit you), and ensure your organization has a good Scout stat too. The final hurdle is attracting shows... so perhaps save some upgrade space for Population? It's hard to say what the "minimum viable show size" may be. Keep an eye on that meta, because if you can't attract shows, then you might as well...
2️⃣ Try to sell it. Floor was north of $18 at time of writing. That's enough to buy another pack and have some left over. I can't see that reality being sustainable (for one, the $5 discount on packs will end in May), so future sellers may be forced to take a loss on the pack and hope to roll better next time. Why would anyone buy it? Well, if you have no land, this is better than that!
🏝️ Land characterization
Okay this is weird. Out in the boonies somewhere, a bunch of die-hard wrestling fans have gathered. They're scattered about, they have no money, but their reverence of the sport is unparalleled. Are you thinking what I'm thinking? Yeah... this might be some kind of cult. You won't be throwing any lucrative shows here, but if you're lucky, you might just be able to scout some, erm, interesting talent from the ranks.
WOO skews a normal distribution to make high-stat land harder to pull (makes sense, right?) The most common pull is a 6-star land, with 7 different ways the stars could be configured.
