Land 3-2-1: The Specialized Hideouts

🤼 Overview, odds & stats
This 6-star is likely a good freelance wrestling farm, with a small Population challenge. Your odds of pulling any 6-star are 35% or about 1 in 3. There are seven 6-star combos, so this exact NFT's odds are roughly 1 in 21.
Pop | Fans | People | Wealth | Wealth per† | Avg base demand‡ |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
10,000 | 100 | 9,900 | 100 | 0.01 | 154 |
† Wealth per city citizen = (Fans + People) / Wealth
‡ Avg base demand = (People * 0.01) + (Fans * 0.55)

🤔 Interpretation
Strong Fan stats, middling Wealth, and low Population. Not the best bet for generating tons of passive income (but not a terrible bet either)... therefore a preferred strategy leans towards freelance wrestling famring.
3-star Fans will max out your baseline drop chance for these NFTs. The core challenge is in making sure shows happen on the land. (I am not sure if they have to be your own shows or if any show can roll the land owner a freelance wrestler... that's a big consideration!)
Presuming that successfully attracting a show requires at least one other organization to come by, then it's worth making sure there's some decent Fan quality, maybe a Wealth booster, and maybe even a few bumps to overall Population so that you're not stuck with the very long tail of new/small organizations only. But! The priority will be around the Training Center.
🕹️ Strategies
1️⃣ And on that farm there were some freelancers... Wait, no, that doesn't make sense. 😅 Ignore that attempt at silliness and just remember: 3-star Fans = best land to generate freelance wrestlers. It's the first thing you should probably consider for any such land NFT. Compare probable value of passive $WOO to what the freelance wrestle expected values are—I'm guessing this will bounce around as the game evolves!
2️⃣ Long tail. My guess is that there will always be a large crop of new, casual, or low-investment users that will have organizations whose shows top out at the ~200-300 attendees range. Maybe. If I've understood how shows work, and I could have something fundamentally wrong here. BUT if I'm right, then there will always be a way for low Population land to be able to be somewhat useful to land owners! Based on WOO's overall philosophy, I strongly believe they will strive to make every asset worth having.
3️⃣ Trading. The floor at time of writing is $22. 6-stars are the most common pulls, so I'd expect this to drop as supply goes up. Demand for land with a single star in one of the stats is likely to be relatively low. So there's another bit of likely sell pressure. If you've a good freelance wrestling strategy built up, you may be able to find some bargains later on!
🏝️ Land characterization
This is a place where serious wrestling fans or aspiring talent goes to hang out, train, and otherwise consume all things wrestling. It's out of the way—some small town or camping grounds perhaps... a semi-organized, semi-nomadic, fully-dedicated wrestling hideaway society. You gotta know someone to get in, but once you're in, the opportunities abound. An excellent tidbit of knowledge for an up and coming org manager.

WOO skews a normal distribution to make high-stat land harder to pull (makes sense, right?) The most common pull is a 6-star land, with 7 different ways the stars could be configured.
