Land 2-1-2: The stalwart but struggling town
🤼 Overview, odds & stats
This 5-star isn't very rich, but you do have a decent fanbase to consider here. Your odds of pulling any 5-star are 24% or about 1 in 4. There are six 5-star combos, so this exact NFT's odds are roughly 1 in 24.

🤔 Interpretation
500 Fans and the opportunity to grow the Population. The big drawback is the Wealth stat—even if you draw a big crowd, the income will still be around 10x less than even a 2-star Wealth NFT.
With few upgrade options to choose from, you'll have to make a decision on what you want this land to do (trying to balance it will probably result in mediocre results). I'd say either hammer on getting your 500 Fans to shows, or max out a Training Center to try and farm freelance wrestlers.
🕹️ Strategies
1️⃣ Make the Fans happy! 500 Fans is sort of middle of the road as far as the base amounts go—which for a 5-star is above average (I believe only the 1-1-3 outshines it). So this is one thing to try to amplify. Upgrades that improve RNG (random number generation) rolls for how your Fans behave and spend are attractive approaches.
2️⃣ Farm freelance wrestlers. Well, it's a better place to do this than any 1-star Fan land. And you may be wanting to save your 3-star Fan lands for other reasons (e.g. income!). So depending on how you're using your other WOO assets, the 2-star Fan NFTs may be the optimal place to stack big Training Center upgrades.
3️⃣ Sell it. Today's floor was $22. Quite close the cost of a WOOPARTSUN pack itself. The odds say you're slightly more likely to gain an extra star by re-rolling (but not much more likely). 5 and 6-stars sit right at the limit of a good land flipping strategy with the current market—but keep in mind that the market for WOO land is not mature. The game's release will change everything, so the apt trader will stay tuned into shifting floors and the nature of supply and demand.
🏝️ Land characterization
A town past its prime, a 'salt of the earth' population grapples with finding ways to keep their economy relevant. I imagine there used to be a thriving mid-century industry here, but modernization has ground away at it to the point of near-collapse. The future of this town relies on fresh perspectives—perhaps that could be entertainment of the wrestling persuasion? Market research does indicate a healthy demographic that enjoys it...
WOO skews a normal distribution to make high-stat land harder to pull (makes sense, right?) The most common pull is a 6-star land, with 7 different ways the stars could be configured.
