Land 2-3-3: The near-perfect market
🤼 Overview, odds & stats
Damn, 8-stars. We're in the big leagues here. And this might be the best configuration for 8. Your odds of pulling any 8-star are 6% or about 1 in 17. There are three 8-star combos, so this exact NFT's odds are roughly 1 in 50.

🤔 Interpretation
This is basically the 3-3-3 with one small flaw: Fans are only 0.5% of Population versus 1%. That's a 2x "reduction." If the 2-star was in any other place, the downgrade is a factor off 10, not 2. That's why I think this is the best of the 8's—and it's technically just as rare as the 9-star (1 in 50).
5,000 rich fans. Enough Population that attracting big time shows should be a breeze. Maximum baseline flexibility for building upgrades. I mean, the world's your oyster here. I'd probably lean (like I always do) into Fan Quality first. Boosting Population is (as always) lowest on my list, since I'd rather turn People into Fans instead of adding both.
🕹️ Strategies
1️⃣ Wealth boosting. Somewhere in the middle of my potentially preferred strategies is to put some multipliers on that max base Wealth. It's just so good. Make everyone richer, then you get richer by default. Why not?
2️⃣ Fan boosting. This may be much more important. Lets say your early day venues are 10,000 seats. You have ~1M People in town that roll 1% on "I'll go to that show and block a Fan from getting a seat!" That's 10,000 People. You need to get those Fans to make their choice first! And improve that choice's chances of being yes. Because Fans spend 5x more than People, and them Fans are rich.
3️⃣ Trading. There was only one of these on the market when I wrote this, and the seller wants $300. Think that a land like this could generate $300 worth of $WOO in the long term? Maybe! Not too many more of these NFTs will appear as supply increases.
🏝️ Land characterization
A big bustling urban center, poised nicely in the inner orbits of the global economy. Rich companies, rich neighbourhoods. It's got everything you need and certainly more. And the reports from market research indicate that there's a solid demand for wrestling based entertainment. It doesn't get much better.
WOO skews a normal distribution to make high-stat land harder to pull (makes sense, right?) The most common pull is a 6-star land, with 7 different ways the stars could be configured.
