Land 1-2-2: The simple borough
🤼 Overview, odds & stats
A 5-star with a pair of double stars. The key = making those boosted stats work together. Your odds of pulling any 5-star are 24% or about 1 in 4. There are six 5-star combos, so this exact NFT's odds are roughly 1 in 24.

🤔 Interpretation
Decent Wealth and decent Population: my instinct would be to work on growing the Fans, since they're the ones that are going to spend that Wealth in a way that benefits you as a land owner.
With more upgrade options to work with (due to 2-star Wealth), you also probably want to ensure your venue is nicely appointed, since you'll be able to attract a fair amount of shows.
I might also look at how much room there is to create some Wealth upgrades (base or amount spent). Some balance is needed as you'll be tempted to work on both your strong points here.
🕹️ Strategies
1️⃣ Seek balance. Two upgraded stats, with a good handful of upgrades allowed. You probably won't be able to do everything here, so these more balanced NFTs seem suited for a balanced approach. Of course, your math or playstyle may lead you to...
2️⃣ All-in on one stat! For me, in this pre-release mentality, it's usually Wealth that catches my eye. It underpins the earning mechanism most directly and I haven't been able to think of a downside in favoring it. Lots of meta still to be unveiled, tested, and ultimately balanced... but if you were going to hammer on a single class of upgrades, this is the one I'd have at the top of my list of considerations.
3️⃣ Sell it? The 5-star selling conundrum. It's not bad, nor particularly good compared to the juicer NFTs. Floor at press time is $19.50, but I would expect that to lower since there's still gobs of supply waiting to appear, and folks will be flipping to gamble for better pulls.
🏝️ Land characterization
This is your basic ol' town. Not big enough to be a city, not small enough to be a village. Folks are comfy, life is pretty damn average. For whatever reason, wrestling isn't a huge industry here... but that's up to you to change, isn't it?
WOO skews a normal distribution to make high-stat land harder to pull (makes sense, right?) The most common pull is a 6-star land, with 7 different ways the stars could be configured.
