Desde que conocí Hive, me enamoré al instante de esta plataforma, me parece que es una muestra de lo que el futuro nos proveerá la Web 3.0. En este camino, como Hiver he alcanzado casi los dos años de antigüedad y me he ido sumergiendo cada vez más en esta plataforma, sin embargo, como creador de contenido y como ser humano, algo faltaba, el conocer a otras personas que compartieran la misma pasión por crear contenido y de todo lo que supone estar dentro de la colmena.
A pesar de que podemos comentar las publicaciones, escuchar sus voces por videos, incluso interactuar muy a menudo por los distintos servidores en Discord, a mi parecer siempre existe la necesidad de laa humanización de la tecnología y en este caso con el peso implícito de lo que significa una red social.
Desde que comencé en Hive siempre desee conocer a otros creadores de contenido, veía con cierta envidia publicaciones y Tweets de reuniones en otras ciudades de mi país, deseaba sentir esa humanización, saber que la otra persona que también dedica su tiempo y esfuerzo en Hive existe realmente, entablar una conversación sobre sus opiniones y gustos, no les miento al decir que desde los primeros días en que comienzo a producir contenido deseaba conocer a otros Hivers.
Aunque lo anteriormente escrito pueda hacer pensar que soy extrovertido, la realidad es todo lo contrario, no soy de las personas más sociables que conocerán, pero esa pasión sobre Hive deja atrás la introversión, hoy en día me encanta hablar sobre Hive, e incluso pudiese hablar hasta que se me derrita la garganta sobre Hive a otras personas, algo que nunca había sentido antes, ya que no soy muy conocido por socializar, definitivamente Hive saca de nosotros lo mejor de cada persona.
Posibilidad de un Meetup en Barquisimeto-Venezuela
Recuerdo que el equipo de @hivecreatorsday había planificado un evento en Valencia y luego pudieron realizar un evento en Maracaibo, deseaba que eso ocurriera en mi ciudad. Fue a través de Twitter que pudimos saber sobre los Hivers que nos encontramos en Barquisimeto, reuniendo un muy buen grupo y de inmediato nuestra organizadora @zullyscott creó un grupo en Telegram para organizar cualquier actividad sobre Hive en la ciudad, algo que posteriormente se cumpliría.

Ciertamente, este MeetUp fue un rotundo éxito, de principio a fin la atmosfera entre los Hivers era algo fantástico, el equipo de hivecreatorsday no trajo una muy valiosa y refrescante información de Hive, a pesar de que los que estábamos en ese espacio teníamos ya cierta experiencia dentro de Hive, hay muchos aspectos que se escapan de la mirada de muchos usuarios, por esa razón, este tipo de eventos es de una gran importancia para informar a todas las personas de lo que está ocurriendo en la blockchain así como también las proyecciones a futuro sobre distintos proyectos.
Es difícil que un usuario con tan solo meses de antigüedad pueda sumergirse lo suficiente en el mundo de la blockchain y conozca todos esos aspectos técnicos sobre los proyectos, las funcionalidades y ventajas de esta plataforma de la Web 3.0 son muy valiosas para los usuarios no las conozcan, este tipo de eventos son necesarios para que periódicamente los usuarios puedan adquirir la información para que en comunidad podamos dar a conocer una blockchain con el potencial de cambiar vidas.
La información fue precisa y con bastante impacto para todos los Hivers reunidos, conocer lo que se está trabajando en SPK Network es relevante para cada usuario de Hive, además, de compartir un poco sobre el nuevo juego llamado Ragnarok y el proceso de reclamar los tokens de estos proyectos con muy buena proyección a futuro.
Desde mi punto de vista, tener una charla de este tipo con personas calificadas para transmitir la información le otorga un valor indescriptible a este tipo de encuentros, creo que todos aprendimos muchas cosas nuevas que podemos ir compartiendo con otros Hivers que no pudieron asistir o que recién se van incorporando a la plataforma.
Conocer a los Hivers
Para mí, la parte más significativa fue la de conocer a otros Hivers fantásticos que produzcan contenido en la plataforma y que trabajan diariamente para que Hive sea un lugar mejor para sus usuarios. En una pequeña cafetería éramos más de 30 hivers, muchos de los cuales solo los había visto a través de su post y en algunos casos sus videos, pero que personalmente no conocía a pesar de que vivimos en la misma ciudad, conocerlos a todos, estrechar sus manos, abrazarlos es ese aspecto humano que tanto me emociona, más allá del texto o de sus videos, somos humanos, son personas de carne y hueso que comparten su trabajo con todos nosotros.
Muchos de nosotros admiramos a personas que trabajan diariamente en la plataforma, conocerlos personalmente es simplemente una experiencia que no cabe en un texto, lo mejor, es que tenemos las esperanzas de vernos una vez más en próximas reuniones de este fantástico proyecto de hive creators day.
Energía Positiva
Creo que la energía que se sentía en esa cafetería se sentía en toda la cuadra, las risas quizás se escuchaban afuera del lugar, los hivers creamos un ambiente totalmente inolvidable y bastante ameno, nunca nos habíamos visto en persona, pero no les miento al decir que parecíamos una gran familia, muchas fotos y abrazos se compartían a cada instante, las sonrisas estuvieron en todos los rostros de principio a fin, la verdad tenía mucho tiempo sin sentir esas emociones en un evento, sobre todo, donde se hablara de tecnología y creación de contenido, algo verdaderamente inigualable.
Mi Turno para Hablar
Aunque estaba algo nervioso, me dieron algunos minutos para compartir con los hivers un poco sobre mi experiencia, dándome a conocer un poco más, la parte “humana” más allá de mis escritos y videos. La verdad me encantó hablar sobre Hive y como esta plataforma nos impulsa a ser mejores trabajadores y mejores personas cada día, definitivamente un momento que quedará en mis recuerdos por mucho tiempo.
Conclusión y Agradecimientos
En lo particular pienso que este tipo de eventos son necesarios para dar a conocer los nuevos proyectos que van surgiendo en Hive, la información es valiosa para aquellas personas que deciden apostar a la Web 3.0, sin embargo, el llevar la información de manera personal es algo que le suma mucho valor a esa información, tener la posibilidad de mirar a la persona y preguntarle sobre cualquier duda, sobre sus experiencias y opiniones, eso es humanizar la información otorgándole más valor al marketing, por lo cual pienso que este es un proyecto completamente necesario para Hive y todo su ecosistema.
Hubo muchas personas que trabajaron arduamente en este evento, no soy de los usuarios que les gusta etiquetar a otros por respeto, pero en este caso debo felicitar a @samgiset y a @enrique89, personas que viajaron más de 12 horas en carretera para llegar a nuestra ciudad, sin dudas se merecen un aplauso de pie por su esfuerzo y dedicación, líderes de este proyecto que además trabajan incansablemente en Hive.
@arlettemsalase también tuvo que pasar muchas horas en carretera para poder estar junto a todo el equipo, agradecido totalmente de su esfuerzo para venir a nuestra ciudad a hablarnos un poco más sobre Hive, nos encantó conocerte.
Mi querida amiga @soy-laloreto, compañera de podcasts y de reseñas sobre películas, también deseaba conocerla en persona y este evento pudo hacer que esta Hivers también recorriera varios kilómetros hasta nuestra ciudad.

On this path, as a Hiver I have reached almost two years of seniority and I have been immersing myself more and more in this platform, however, as a content creator and as a human being, something was missing, meeting other people who share the same passion for creating content and everything that is involved in being inside the hive.
Even though we can comment on posts, listen to their voices through videos, even interact very often through the different servers on Discord, in my opinion there is always a need for the humanisation of technology and in this case with the implicit weight of what a social network means.
Since I started in Hive I always wanted to meet other content creators, I saw with some envy publications and Tweets of meetings in other cities in my country, I wanted to feel that humanization, to know that the other person who also devotes his time and effort in Hive really exists, to engage in a conversation about their opinions and tastes, I'm not lying when I say that since the early days when I start producing content I wanted to meet other Hivers.
Although the above may make you think that I am extroverted, the reality is quite the opposite, I am not one of the most sociable people you will meet, but that passion about Hive leaves introversion behind, nowadays I love talking about Hive, and I could even talk until my throat melts about Hive to other people, something I had never felt before, since I am not well known for socializing, Hive definitely brings out the best in each person.
Possibility of a Meetup in Barquisimeto-Venezuela
I remember that the @hivecreatorsday team had planned an event in Valencia and then they were able to hold an event in Maracaibo, I wished that would happen in my city. Meeting the Hivers
For me, the most meaningful part was meeting other fantastic Hivers who produce content on the platform and who work daily to make Hive a better place for its users. In a small coffee shop we were more than 30 Hivers, many of whom I had only seen through their post and in some cases their videos, but who I personally didn't know even though we live in the same city, meeting them all, shaking their hands, hugging them is that human aspect that touches me so much, beyond the text or their videos, we are human, they are flesh and blood people who share their work with all of us.
Many of us admire people who work daily on the platform, meeting them personally is simply an experience that does not fit in a text, the best thing is that we hope to see each other again in future meetings of this fantastic project of hive creators day.
Positive Energy
I think the energy that was felt in that cafeteria was felt in the whole block, the laughter could be heard outside the place, the hivers created a totally unforgettable and quite enjoyable atmosphere, we had never seen each other in person, but I'm not lying to say that we looked like a big family, many photos and hugs were shared at every moment, the smiles were on all faces from beginning to end, the truth was that I had a long time without feeling those emotions in an event, especially where technology and content creation were discussed, something truly unique.

Although I was a bit nervous, they gave me a few minutes to share with the hivers a little bit about my experience, giving me to know a little bit more, the "human" part beyond my writings and videos. I really loved talking about Hive and how this platform drives us to be better workers and better people every day, definitely a moment that will stay in my memories for a long time.
