Cómo están campeones. Espero que todo esté muy bien donde sea que estés. El día de hoy hablaremos un poco acerca de mi experiencia como Host en el Hive Creators Awards 2022 realizado hace un par de días.

Quisiera darles detalles específicos del evento, en el caso de los que no asistieron pero no quiero spoilear la próxima publicación de @hivecreatorsday en donde se dará información de todo lo ocurrido. De todas maneras para resumir un poco. Nuestros amigos de Hivecreators han venido organizando una votación con varias categorías, en donde los Hivers debíamos votar nombrando nuestras selecciones entre los distintos galardones. Entre las muchas categorías pudimos elegir votar por Hivers en categorías individuales, o proyectos entre las varias premiaciones hacia proyectos que vienen desarrollando dentro de la cadena de bloques.

Ahora volviendo a mí experiencia dentro del evento, tuve la gran sorpresa de ser invitado como anfitrión. Agradezco mucho a @ilazramusic quien fue mi co-host y al equipo de @hivecreators por darme la oportunidad pero sobre todo la confianza para subirme a los escenarios y dar lo mejor de mí en un evento que fue diseñado por ustedes, y para ustedes.

Debo admitir que unas horas antes del evento estuve muy nervioso, ustedes saben, esa ansiedad que se siente en los momentos de anticipación antes de un evento. En este en particular fueron muchos los nervios porque tanto el trabajo de Ilaz como el mío fue el de conducir toda la ceremonia pero además de eso debimos traducir al inglés y en vivo, todo lo que estaba aconteciendo.

A pesar de hablar inglés de manera entendible más no perfecta, es difícil no caer en malos pensamientos pero sobre todo ese miedo a equivocarte. Sin embargo tuve la confianza suficiente como tomar ese gran aire de aliento y hacer lo que ya hemos venido haciendo en anteriores ocasiones. Siento que en líneas generales lo hicimos bien aunque hubo una pequeña parte en donde los nervios me ganaron pero pudimos sortear la situación con mucha gracia.

Cabe destacar que el evento fue un total y rotundo éxito. Más de 160 Hivers, sin contar a los panelistas, se dieron cita en los que graciosamente podríamos llamar los "Oscars de Hive". El chat estuvo abierto e inundado de comentarios, tantos que era difícil leer alguno en particular. Esto definitivamente me llenó de mucha alegría.

Uno de mis momentos favoritos sin dudas fue ver a nuestra querida comunidad @espavlog, ganando el premio en la categoría de mejor comunidad. La verdad es que tanto Ilaz como yo "perdimos un poco la profesionalidad" y lo celebramos extra porque EspaVlog es un proyecto en donde @ilazramusic @madefrance y este humilde servidor somos parte. Una gran victoria en equipo sin dudas que muy pronto vamos a celebrar.

En cuanto a mi inglés pienso que estuvo algo irregular en cuanto la pronunciación de algunas palabras, podríamos decir que estaba algo oxidado pero en general se logró hacer el trabajo y cumplir la meta con creces, que fue las de brindarles un gran espectáculo.

Agradezco de nuevo al equipo de Hivecreators por la oportunidad, y felicito a todos los ganadores y usuarios que colaboraron en la premiación de cada categoría. Ha sido un gran trabajo en equipo.

How are you champions. I hope all is very well wherever you are. Today we'll talk a little bit about my experience as Host at the Hive Creators Awards 2022 held a couple of days ago.

I'd like to give you specific details of the event, in case you didn't attend but I don't want to spoil the next @hivecreatorsday post where we'll give info on everything that happened. Anyway to summarize a bit. Our friends at Hivecreators have been organizing a vote with several categories, where we Hivers had to vote by naming our selections among the different awards. Among the many categories we could choose to vote for Hivers in individual categories, or projects among the various awards for projects they have been developing within the blockchain.

Now back to my experience within the event, I had the great surprise of being invited as a host. I am very grateful to @ilazramusic who was my co-host and the @hivecreators team for giving me the opportunity but above all the confidence to get on stage and give the best of me in an event that was designed by you, and for you.

I must admit that a few hours before the event I was very nervous, you know, that anxiety that you feel in the moments of anticipation before an event. In this particular event I was very nervous because both Ilaz's and my job was to conduct the whole ceremony but in addition to that we had to translate into English and live, everything that was happening.

Despite speaking English in an understandable but not perfect way, it is difficult not to fall into bad thoughts but above all that fear of making a mistake. However, I was confident enough to take that big breath of air and do what we have been doing in the past. I feel that overall we did well, although there was a small part where my nerves got the better of me, but we were able to get through it with a lot of grace.

It should be noted that the event was a complete and resounding success. More than 160 Hivers, not counting the panelists, attended what we could amusingly call the "Oscars of Hive". The chat was open and flooded with comments, so many that it was difficult to read any particular one. This definitely filled me with a lot of joy.

One of my favorite moments was undoubtedly seeing our beloved community @espavlog, winning the award in the best community category. The truth is that both Ilaz and I "lost a little professionalism" and we celebrate it extra because EspaVlog is a project where @ilazramusic @madefrance and this humble servant are part of. A great team victory that we will celebrate very soon.

As for my English I think it was a little irregular in terms of pronunciation of some words, we could say that I was a little rusty but overall I managed to get the job done and accomplish the goal, which was to give you a great show.
