I've one book 'the methelene blue bible', which isn't really a bible! But covers all angles and cautions. I'm a bit cautious of it, it not being a natural substance, tho the doses I take are a near 5mg.
I believe the body will look after itself given the chance.
I do note that the guy in the video sells it! Making a bias.
One reason I posted it here, was/is to link to it from elsewhere. For a person I know thinking he might be getting withdrawn when he missed a day.
The main point was that the doses he takes, and most people I know take are around 5-10 drops ie <5mg while even the min recomended dosage is 35mg, and the 'Blu brain' he talks about is at 350-500mg.
So my point was it's highly unlikely it's withdrawal.
