La imagen de la semana nos muestra una mesa cargada de ricos manjares, tradición muy venezolanizima, lo digo porque una vez leí que solo en Venezuela se reparte torta, gelatina, quesillo o flan en la misma celebración, imagino que con la migración ya sean propagado nuestras costumbres y tradiciones.
Tres postres que se ven deliciosos y prefectos para degustar y compartir en una ocasión o celebración especial, tal parece que hubo celebración en casa del amigo @lanzjoseg, será que estuvo de cumpleaños feliz él o alguna de sus tres princesas, si es así, deseo que hayan tenido una bonita velada, un feliz cumpleaños que Dios les bendiga y multiplique sus bendiciones, espero no se hayan empalagado mucho.

El lunes 21 de julio es el cumpleaños de mi hija mayor Daliannys karina, siempre hemos celebrado su cumpleaños, desde la época que se combinaba torta básica o marmoleada con gelatina, flan y quesillo en un mismo plato, luego fui evolucionando de acuerdo a la época, empecé a hacer el flan y la gelatina por separado en vasitos desechables pequeños, lo veía más cómodo a veces los niños no se lo comían en el momento en la fiesta y sus mamás se lo llevaban a la casa, actualmente la celebración se festejan con tortas altas decoradas y rellenoas con diferentes texturas colores y sabores también sigue estando presente el quesillo, el flan y la gelatina pocas veces figuran.
Aprovechando la ocasión les cuento que hace poco me llevaron torta del cumpleaños de un vecino y me hizo volver a muchos atrás, torta, flan y gelatina juntos esa combinación que no sabía que extrañaba tanto hasta que lo probé nuevamente, ese sabor que me llevó a mi casita del pueblo, a mis hijos pequeños, a muchos niños correteando, al sandwich con Diablitos Underwood, una época donde fui muy feliz, me llené de añoranzas, nostalgia y recuerdos bonitos, si que me movió los sentimientos, sentidos y emociones, igual que efecto produjo la imagen de la semana en mi , me hizo recordar los cumpleaños de mi hija y la promesa de hacerle un quesillo para su próxima vuelta al sol.
