Like Every Week:
The Tune Tune Train connects songs, which can be done in many ways. For example three songs from the same movie, then the connection is the soundtrack. Or three songs from people that used to form a band, the connection would be that band. But it can even be three songs about Qatar. Which would make the connection to the soccer world cup.
It´s up to you Dear Reader to figure out what connects the train.

Last Weeks Clues Were
I gave you two hints:
It´s not the Album "I am Sick of You", it´s not the Stooges, it´s something that has been haunting Mr. Pop since the 70s. And I told you to check out my previous Midnight Gems Written Radio Show.
In my Show you would have found another Iggy Pop song, "Candy". Candy would have been an answer I would have accepted. Although there was a little more to it, as the three songs were about a Betsy that keeps haunting him.
And then there were these songs:

Iggy and the Stooges - I'm Sick Of You
Or like our winner says: "he is haunted by his mother or his wife but it has to do with a woman he had lived with," which was close enough.
You did not have to go as far as to tell me that Iggy has been haunted and wrote multiple songs about a fling he had in the early seventies.
The girl was only 14 years old at the time, while Iggy was in his early twenties. Her name was Betsy Mickelsen, and it did not end well. If you want the full story you should read: Iggy Pop: Open Up And Bleed.

I like all the covers that have come out of House of the Rising Sun and Paint it Black. I still feel like the Animals do the former the best. Nothing quite beats the Stones version of Black, but U2 did a pretty good cover once.
