There is a wide range of conceptions about corporate organizational culture, so I wanted to present some additional ideas on the vision of creating a theoretical perspective, exposing and analyzing theories, conceptualizations, previous research, and background in general that are considered valid for the correct framing of the study of corporate organizational culture.

The content so far developed, arises with critical positions, in relation to the current traditional production systems based on values that lack ethical, human sense, as it gives rise to proposals to promote practices with new humanist philosophies at the forefront of sustainable social human development.
Given that the conditions that preceded and are currently affecting business organizations in the world, each of the fundamentals developed in relation to the theoretical bases to which I have been referring highlight the management philosophy and the urgent need to reorient the aspects related to a new organizational vision.

Redesigning and implementing new business organizational models involves evaluating the programming and other aspects concerning the organizational structures, physical plant and administrative model applicable to the companies, with the purpose of achieving an optimal and rational use of human, administrative, technical, social, economic and environmental resources.
