I would teach my referrals how they can withdraw their rewards (from posting) on D.Buzz. The best way I found to do that is to make them use BlockTrades. To minimize the ratio of fees to withdrawn amount, I would send 1 HBD to one of them to withdraw on top of their own earnings.
