With the aim of always improving our continuous commitment to the platform and to users, we are here to announce an amazing news for Discovery-it supporters.
From today all the delegations that reach the @discovery-it account will be paid with an 80% share of the fee!
Practically, every 2 days we will distribute 80% of the curation earned among our delegates proportionally to the size of their delegation.
In this way you will have all the possibility to support this project and at the same time get a return from your support!
We thought of inserting this system as it would allow us to grow faster and at the same time to grow those who support us and all the authors who receive our vote.
Why does Discovery-it need your help?
Discovery-it was born as an international community without support from large stakeholders. All the work done in these two years is the result of the commitment and the constancy, without any remuneration, of some users who liked the idea of supporting new authors on the platform and content left aside but deemed noteworthy.
Since some months, however, the team has been continuously expanding and has been dealing with the management of a witness node. Then, in order to distribute the various revenues with curators and programmers, we decided to adopt this system.
This will allow a greater commitment on our part with a reduction of the burdens and a source of income for those who decide to support us.

How do delegations work?
A delegation consists in lending a certain amount of HIVE to an account, to increase its voting power. Obviously we are not talking about a token transfer, but simply a loan, which can be withdrawn by the owner at any time.
Discovery-it started its witness about 3 months ago.

Con lo scopo di migliorare sempre il nostro continuo impegno verso la piattaforma e verso gli utenti, siamo qui per annunciarvi una magnifica novità per i sostenitori di Discovery-it.
Da oggi tutte le deleghe che perverranno verso l’account @discovery-it verranno retribuite con una quota dell’80% della fee!
In sostanza, ogni 2 giorni distribuiremo l’80% della curation guadagnata tra i nostri deleganti in maniera proporzionale all’entità della loro delega.
In questo modo tutti avrete la possibilità di supportare questo progetto e allo stesso tempo avere un ritorno dal vostro sostegno!
Abbiamo pensato di inserire questo sistema in quanto ci permetterebbe di crescere più velocemente ed allo stesso tempo far crescere chi ci sostiene e tutti gli autori che ricevono il nostro voto.
Perché Discovery-it ha bisogno del vostro aiuto?
Discovery-it nasce come community internazionale senza sostegno di grandi stakeholder. Tutto il lavoro svolto in questi due anni è frutto dell’impegno e della costanza, senza nessuna retribuzione, di alcuni utenti a cui piaceva l’idea di sostenere i nuovi autori sulla piattaforma e i contenuti lasciati in disparte ma ritenuti degni di nota.
Da alcuni mesi, però, il team è in continua espansione e sta affrontando la gestione di un nodo witness per cui nell’ottica di distribuire i vari introiti con curatori e programmatori, abbiamo deciso di adottare questo sistema.
Questo permetterà un maggiore impegno da parte nostra con una diminuzione degli oneri e una fonte di guadagno per chi deciderà di supportarci.

Come funzionano le deleghe?
Una delega consiste nel prestare una determinata quantità di HIVE ad un account, per aumentare il potere di voto dello stesso. Ovviamente non parliamo di una cessione di token, ma semplicemente di un prestito, che può essere ritirato dal proprietario in qualsiasi momento.
Discovery-it ha avviato il proprio witness circa 3 mesi fa.
