In that very pleasant conversation with her, I told her that I had never participated in something similar, I confess that it is a commitment that one acquires and the intention of advent is that it reaches its destination.
Advent for me is all those activities that take place before Christmas, I related it to the game that I played years ago in my country called "La papa se quema" (the potato burns). It consists of several children gathering in circles and passing the potato to each other until at the end there is only one child left with the potato, this is what happens during Advent.

Saludos a todos en la comunidad, hoy estoy por acá, porque en conversación con @cositav me hablo de una iniciativa que ya lleva días y es el calendario de adviento, me pregunto si me quería unir y le dije que sí. En esa plática tan amena con ella, le expresé que nunca había participado en algo similar, les confieso que es un compromiso que uno adquiere y la intención del adviento es que llegue a su destino.
El adviento para mí es todas esas actividades que se realizan antes de la navidad, yo lo relacioné con el juego que en mi país hace años atrás jugué se llama "La papa se quema". Consiste en que varios niños se reúnen en círculos y se van pasando la papa uno a los otros hasta que al final queda un solo niño con la papa, así sucede en el adviento.
