Heute erneut ein Artikel aus der Kategorie "Besser Leben". Oder naja... Eventuell auch "Besser Sterben". Aber gehärt zu ordentlichem leben nicht auch ein ordentliches sterben? Und anders herum ebenso? In jedem Fall heute: "besser schlafen und arbeiten mit PowerPaul"!
(Ja, "besser schlafen mit PowerPaul" ist auch die Thematik, welche ich versuche den Mädels in meiner Nachbarschaft zu erklären, aber das ist ein anderes Thema... Heute geht es um:)
I can work while I sleep! You too!
But I need to set the scene for a moment, because this way of working doesn't work for every type of work. A bricklayer can't lay bricks in his sleep. But I work as a head person. I come up with creative things and solutions in my mind and implement them in the digital realm. My performance is the result of stamina, thinking skills and creativity.
Situation: Every brain worker knows it: at some point you get stuck, go round in circles, can't find the solution. I can't let go of something like that - it's difficult for me to finish my day if something is in the middle of the process or if digital Paul is facing a “problem”. It doesn't let me go.
That's generally a good basis for keeping your mind occupied with the topic while you sleep - which is generally not necessarily desirable. Despite all the genius behavior... you also have to be able to just relax and go to sleep and visualize sunny fields of flowers while you fall asleep.

Ich muss aber kurz den Rahmen abstecken, da diese Art zu arbeiten nicht für jede Art von Arbeit funktioniert. Ein Maurer kann nicht im Schlaf mauern. Ich aber arbeite als Kopf-Mensch. Ich erstelle kreative Dinge und Lösungen im Geist und setze diese im digitalen Bereich um. Meine Leistung resultiert neben Durchhaltevermögen aus Denkfähigkeit und Kreativität.
Situation: Jeder Kopfarbeiter kennt es: irgendwann kommt man nicht weiter, dreht sich im Kreis, findet die Lösung nicht. Mich lässt sowas nicht los - ich kann nur schwer meinen Tag abschließen, wenn irgendwo etwas mitten im Prozess ist oder der digitale Paul gerade vor einem "Problem" steht. Mich lässt das nicht los.
Das ist ja generell schon mal eine gute Grundlage, um den Kopf auch während des Schlafes mit der Thematik zu beschäftigen - was ja aber generell nicht unbedingt wünschenswert ist. Bei allem geniehaften Verhalten... man muss auch fähig sein, sich einfach mal entspannt schlafen legen zu können und sonnige Blumenfelder während des einschlafens zu visualisieren.

Wer am Tage schon "nur" arbeitet, sicher, der formt sein ganzes Denken und was ihn beschäftigt; der formt sein inneres Universum. Und sicherlich entstehen dadurch auch Top-Leistungen. Aber man sollte auch einfach mal "unbeschwert" schlafen können. Oder entscheide für dich: nee, ich nicht. Das mag okay sein. Aber generalisiert, für alle Menschen, für den Durchschnitt, sollten wir einfach mal unbelastet schlafen können.

Enough with the health talk! During sleep, other areas and processes in your brain take over. In particular, what needs to be processed can be processed further in the subconscious. We are all familiar with the fact that the brain “works” on impressions and circumstances during sleep. This can even be provoked.
In our case, we are looking at the technique popularly known as “dream generation”. This involves mentally taking content from the waking consciousness into the subconscious, which is dominant during your sleep. Many people are familiar with this, as we do it automatically from time to time: something won't let go of us while we are falling asleep and we take it with us into the sleep phase. We all know it.

Genug mit dem Gesundheitsgeschwätz! Während des Schlafens übernehmen andere Areale und Prozesse deines Gehirns die Aktivität. Insbesondere kann im Unterbewusstsein weiterverarbeitet werden, was zu bearbeiten ist. Es ist uns allen nicht fremd, dass das Gehirn während des Schlafens an Eindrücken und Gegebenheiten "arbeitet". Dieses kann man sogar provozieren.
In unserem Fall schielen wir dazu hinüber zur Technik, welche man im Volksmund "Traumerzeugung" nennt. Dabei geht es darum, einen Inhalt geistig vom Wachbewusstsein mit ins Unterbewusstsein zu nehmen, welches während deines Schlafes dominant ist. Das kennen Viele, den wir tun es gelegentlich automatisch: etwas lässt uns während des Einschlafens nicht los und wir nehmen es mit in die Schlafphase. Kennen wir alle.
Extra sleeping space...
If I want to solve something mentally and get stuck, but need a nap, I don't go to bed... I have a couch next to my desk. And somehow it's become a habit that I always “sleep” there when I have something to work on, because I prefer to just take a nap there, not sleep for long and can get up after a short nap and get straight back to my PC.
And recently I noticed that I have conditioned my head so much, set an anchor (in the NLP sense), that when I get up from there, I usually have the solution to my “problem”.

Wenn ich etwas geistig lösen will und nicht weiterkomme, aber mal eine Runde schlafen sollte, dann lege ich mich nicht ins Bett... Ich habe eine Couch neben meinem Arbeitsplatz. Und irgendwie hat es sich so eingeregelt, das ich immer dort eine Runde "schlafe", wenn ich noch an etwas zu arbeiten habe, weil ich dort lieber nur ein Nickerchen mache, nicht lange schlafe und nach einer kurzen Runde dort aufstehen kann und direkt wieder am PC bin.
Und neulich ist es mir aufgefallen, dass ich meinen Kopf so krass konditioniert habe, einen Anker (im Sinne des NLP) gesetzt habe, das ich, wenn ich von dort aufstehe, zumeist die Lösung für mein "Problem" habe.

And not when they can buy the new Playstation 5 in monthly installments, how they can pay off the loan for it or when the next season of XYZ will be released on Netflix or how it will end. (It's all just snot that occupies and fills the brain with meaningless - but stressful - things...)

Ich gebe mir aber Mühe, den Okkultisten nicht zu sehr durchblicken zu lassen und bleibe bei dem, was auch die Wissenschaft nach und nach bestätigt und in allgemein verständlichen Worten... Ich will nicht sagen, das weitere Schlafphasen nicht auch ihre Art der Verbindung haben können; es kommt aber nicht von ungefähr, das wir kurz vor dem Aufwachen grandiose Ideen haben. Insbesondere berichten dies Menschen, die ihr eigenes Betätigungsfeld durch und durch inne haben. Und nicht wann sie die neue Playstation 5 auf Raten kaufen können, wie sie den Kredit dafür abbezahlen können oder wann die nächste Staffel XYZ auf Netflix erscheint oder wie sie ausgeht. (Das ist alles nur Rotz, welcher das Gehirn mit bedeutungslosen - aber stressenden - Dingen beschäftigt und vollmüllt...)

We've cleared this up. At least roughly discussed. And now let's take another tool from the field of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Namely the technique of “anchor setting”. Setting anchors is about setting certain key stimuli in certain situations. For example, a word or a stimulus. If such an anchor is programmed into the brain, it can be triggered at any time - and with it the aspect/addition that is associated with it. This conditioning works equally well in humans and animals (for example, in clicker training for dogs).
Before I discuss how secret services or mass media have used or still use anchors in various programs, I would like to give you two practical examples:
I once set myself an anchor as follows:
Whenever I was in great joy/love, I pressed a certain point on my body. My brain therefore linked the two together neuronally. And which point do you think I pressed on Monday morning when I was an employee and drove to work... I didn't really feel like it - this work. But having the right mindset and pressing the right buttons, how do you think I arrived at work? (My work colleagues always told me to shut up and say hello in a less friendly/euphoric way because I always turned up in such a good mood and they were in full frustration mode themselves.
NLP...... ist ein sehr wirkungsvoller Werkzeugkasten und sollte meiner Meinung nach jedem Menschen mitgegeben werden. Leider findet dies in der Breite nicht statt und NLP wird zwar auch zu positiven Zwecken genutzt, aber auch von "Manipulatoren". Negative Manipulation mit Hilfe von NLP funktioniert aber insbesondere deswegen, weil die Masse an Menschen NLP-Techniken nicht erkennt. NLP hat keine negative Grundausrichtung. Eigentlich ganz im Gegenteil: NLP kann dir zu einem besseren Leben, zu besseren Beziehungen und zu besserem Handeln verhelfen. Nicht nur im Bereich von Coachings, Business-Kommunikation oder im Bereich Self-Help. Zu einer gesunden Mental-Ebene und vielem mehr. Wer sich mit NLP beschäftigen will, der ist als Einstieg gut beraten, dies bei Richard Bendler und John Grinder bzw. dem Monroe Institut zu tun. Beide kann man als Gründerväter des modernen NLP begreifen, aus welchem letztlich das Monroe Institut hervorgegangen ist. (Achtung! Rabbit Hole!) |
So...
Hätten wir dies geklärt. Zumindest grob erörtert. Und jetzt nehmen wir einen weiteres Werkzeug aus dem Bereich des Neuro-Linguistischen Programmierens (NLP). Und zwar die Technik des "Anker-Setzens". Beim setzen von Ankern geht es darum, in bestimmten Situationen bestimmte Schlüsselreize zu setzen. Beispielsweise ein Wort oder einen Reiz. Ist ein solcher Anker dem Gehirn einprogrammiert, kann er jederzeit getriggert werden - und mit ihm der Aspekt/Zusatnd, der mit ihm verbunden ist. Diese Konditionierung funktioniert bei Menschen und Tieren (als Beispiel beim Clicker-Training bei Hunden) gleichermaßen.
Bevor ich erörtere, wie Geheimdienste oder Massenmedien Anker in diversen Programmen eingesetzt haben oder noch immer tun, lieber 2 Praxisbeispiele von mir:
Einen Anker habe ich mir mal wie folgt gesetzt:
Immer wenn ich in großer Freude/Liebe war, habe ich einen bestimmten Punkt an meinem Körper gedrückt. Beides hat mein Gehirn also folglich neuronal miteinander verknüpft. Und welchen Punkt glaubst du habe ich am Montag morgen gedrückt, als ich mal Angestellter war und zur Arbeit gefahren bin... Eigentlich hatte ich da null Lust drauf - auf diese Arbeit. Aber das richtige Mindset und die richtigen Knäpfe drückend, wie glaubst du, bin ich bei der Arbeit angekommen? (Meine Arbeitskollegen haben immer gesagt ich soll die Fresse halten und weniger freundlich/euphorisch grüßen, weil ich immer so gut gelaunt aufgeschlagen bin und sie selbst voll in ihrem Frustmodus waren... Sie wussten halt nicht, wie man sich selbst "manipuliert". Haben das auch getan - aber halt unbewusst und negativ...) Zurück zum Verlauf des Artikels:
Why this works?

When I lie down on the couch to have a little nap, my brain knows: "Okay Paul, I know that pattern. Problem solver couch, right? Then! Rock ‘n’ roll!"

Dem Gehirn ist es egal aus welcher Richtung es bedient wird. Du lächelst, wenn du Freude hast; du kannst aber auch Lächeln um Freude innerlich zu erzeugen. (Krass: nicht nur in dir, auch bei Anderen! Wahnsinn!) Du willst einen Beweis? Ohne Skepsis oder "was soll jetzt passieren?" mach mal: Ziehe mal alle Gesichtsmuskeln 30 Sekunden nach oben. (Nicht mit den Händen, sondern mit Hilfe deiner Gesichtsmuskulatur.) Mach mal! Wirklich! Für dich selbst! Damit kannst du etwas wertvolles entdecken und lernen! Und bei wem da nichts passiert ist, der schreibe es bitte in die Kommentare. "Was" passiert ist? Das darfst du entdecken! Kein "Danke" notwendig - gern geschehen! Und wenn du es noch krasser aufleveln willst, mache es mal vor einen Spiegel... Die Wirkung ist garantiert! Welche Wirkung? Probiere es aus! Du wirst erfahren was passiert! Versprochen. Wirklich; mach mal!
Kommen wir zum zweiten Beispiel, welches im Grunde auch maßgeblich für den Artikelinhalt ist:
Wenn ich mich auf die Couch lege um eine kleine Runde zu schlafen, dann weiß mein Gehirn: "Okay Paul, das Muster kenne ich. Problemlöser-Couch, ja? Sodann! Rock 'n' Roll!"
But it is important for anchors:
A) Triggers must be grinded in as strongly as possible. Either via intensity or duration. Water is a good example: a water cutter makes short work of it because it fires water very intensively at high pressure and with a very concentrated water jet - and ultimately cuts/shapes material. However, a continuous drip is also sufficient to shape the stone - but it just takes longer.
B) Triggers should not be watered down in order to avoid blunting the trigger. Consequently, a popular way of triggering an anchor is to press with one finger at a specific point on the hand. It doesn't matter which finger presses on which spot. The only important thing is that it should be unique and not happen unintentionally in everyday life. Neither during anchor training nor during retrieval. The trigger should be unique. A certain hand/finger combination is also relatively popular because it can be performed relatively inconspicuously.
Wichtig ist es aber bei Ankern:
A) Trigger müssen möglichst stark eingeschliffen werden. Also entweder über Intensität oder über Dauer. Wasser ist ein gutes Beispiel: ein Wasserschneider macht kurzen Prozess, weil er mit hohem Druck und sehr konzentriertem Wasserstrahl, sehr intensiv Wasser abfeuert - und letztlich Material schneidet/formt. Ein dauerhaftes tropfen reicht aber ebenfalls, um den Stein zu formen - dauert aber halt länger.
B) Trigger sollten nicht verwässert werden, um ein Abstumpfen des Triggers zu vermeiden. Folglich: beliebt für das triggern eines Ankers ist das Drücken mit einem Finger an einer bestimmten Stelle an der Hand. Welcher Finger auf welche Stelle drückt ist dabei egal. Wichtig ist nur: es sollte einzigartig sein und nicht ungewollt im Alltag passieren. Weder während des Trainings des Anker anlegens und auch nicht beim abrufen. Der Trigger sollte einzigartig sein. Ein gewisse Hand-/Fingerkombination ist auch dessen relativ beliebt, weil sie relativ unauffällig ausgeführt werden kann.

Der Trigger könnte aber auch aus einer Duftkomponente bestehen, einem Ton oder Musik. Ich zum Beispiel habe mir unabsichtlich einen Trigger eingeschliffen... Immer wenn ich einschalte/höre:
... then I know, then I go into the mode: "Okay, we're still working here. Now it's time for activity." It just developed that way. At first, I always listened to the mix while I was working, when I was in a focused working state. At some point, I discovered how this mix triggers and evokes this state. That's when I was really conditioned to it...
Consequently: the strongest possible intensity of the state to be memorized + the most unique switch possible for it. Ideally again and again and your switching signal is linked to what it has to switch.
Because I know this, I don't just sleep on the couch. So as not to irritate the trigger. Sleeping on the couch = going into problem-solving mode. Period.
... dann weiß ich, dann gehe ich in den Modus: "Okay, wir arbeiten jetzt hier noch. Jetzt ist Aktivität angesagt." Das hat sich einfach so entwickelt. Zuerst habe ich den Mix immer während meiner Arbeit gehört, als ich in fokussierten Arbeitszuständen war. Irgendwann habe ich entdeckt, wie dieser Mix diesen Zustand dann triggert und hervorruft. Da wurde ich krass drauf konditioniert...
Folglich: möglichst starke Intensität des abzuspeichernden Zustands + möglichst einzigartiger Schalter dafür. Im Idealfall wieder und wieder und dein Schaltsignal wird verknüpft mit was es zu schalten hat.
Weil ich dies weiß, schlafe ich auch nicht einfach so auf der Couch. Eben um den Trigger nicht zu irritieren. Auf Couch schlafen = in den Problemlösungsmodus gehen. Punkt.
So, everything said? Muscle experiment done?
