Winter is back with heavy Snow and Storm!

#getinshapechallenge Post Day - 22 -

The view from my window and balcony reveals it: winter is back with heavy snow and stormy winds.

Fortunately I was able to use the still nice early afternoon to do a run of 6 km with intervals.

In the west of Munich I already saw a white-grey wall rolling up during my run and I hurried to get home as fast as possible.

It doesn't seem to get much better tomorrow.

Zum Glück habe ich den noch freundlichen frühen Nachmittag nutzen können, um eine Laufeinheit von 6 km mit Intervallen machen zu können.

Im Westen von München sah ich bereits während meines Laufs eine weiß-graue Wand anrollen und ich beeilte mich so schnell wie möglich nach Hause zu kommen.

Es scheint morgen nicht viel besser zu werden.
