Since we have started another period of government restrictions in my area due to the C19 pandemic we are somewhat restricted on training options available.
Never one to let excuses get in the way I set out on a walk with a friend today and then followed that with a strength workout in our makeshift home gym. We bought a couple of key pieces of equipment to make strength training possible. We did 5 rounds of 2 different exercises and 4 sets each round, taking it in turn to swap equipment between us.
It was a good workout and even better to do it with a good friend.
