Walking around Israel - Usual activity - no cycling for a month - 10k activity - My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2023

Actifit Special Christmas Event!

Today I walked commuting and doing errands.

Unfortunately the elevator in my building is out of order and it appears that it will take around a month to complete the repairs.

For me this means no cycling.

I will take this opportunity to improve my jogging distance. Tomorrow morning I will try for 8km with a slow and steady approach.
