The title is a very obvious statement. And all of you reading these words know that. I know that too.
But for some reason most of us often fail to form them.
IMO the reason why I failed in this area so far is because I would always set the bar too high and/or try to reach multiple goals at the same time when starting from zero.
This approach is destined to fail. Because you only need to slip once in your habit forming routine and you will lose your motivation. Slip multiple times and you are almost certainly done! And at this point you can start waiting for the next January 1st to form new resolution (which will be kind of the same).
So my approach will be different this time. Do it slow. But steady!
My first habit that I want to form is 10.000 steps activity every day.
