Well yesterday I acted like a champ š
I injured my lower back somehow. Don't really know how or when. But straight out of the bed I felt a pretty bad pain there. And it didn't get any better the whole day š and I actually can't believe that I got to 10k steps... Cuz it was bad. And about 6 p.m. still had only about 4k steps. But I am really proud of my streak and I didn't want it come to an end like last year and that way lose all my motivation again. So I pushed through ššŖ

Weight lifting strangely wasn't that bad. I just did the easiest exercise - pushed 10kg (for each hand) dumbels from my chest. Laying on the bench tho was painful š
