Hotbit exchange. Liquidity there isn't the best (and sometimes it's actually good, if you are patient). I really started to like it when they introduced BTC withdrawals to SegWit addresses with only 0.00001 BTC fee. Also you can deposit USDT basically with all the most popular chains (BEP20, TRC20, Polygon and a few more). Also, no KYC needed.
