It’s night time now, so I zoomed back over the day and boom 🤯, 6k steps!!! Healing ❤️🩹 in a healthy and happy mind state is pivotal. I’m using this time to tighten up on my Tai chi and movements. The slower we can move, the stronger we get. Helps to heal frayed nerves.
