Bench Press 10kg each hand - 10reps
Bench press 15kg each hand - 30reps
Running - 3 minutes
weighted squat 20kg - 30reps
Sit ups - 50 reps
Sauna 30 minutes
I'm actually surprised how much I did yesterday because I didn't wanna go because I felt tired but I told myself let's just go and see what I can do. Well I'm not tired after all it's just the mind being lazy.
