Hi there #actifit folks,
I had a calm day at my work today perfect for a Monday if you ask me.. it was freezing in the morning and my car was almost completely frozen so I had a nice job first thing in the morning. 😂
After work I cooked myself a nice dinner and did a little work out but my shoulder is not feeling to good so I can’t do to much. I hope it will be better soon.
