The David's Actifit Adventures: Sunday, cyclists and walkers, Spätzle-like food

I would like to share with you my daily report. These are my Yesterday Daily activities, on February 12, 2023.

In the morning I prepared material and biked following a group of cyclists. I reached Ficola, Codena, Bergiola Foscalina and Santa Croce. I filled some little bottles, then saw some cyclists and walkers, before returning home. I had a shower, then had lunch with parents and brother, eating something like Spätzle. I remained at home, prepared material, reviewed my room, and had dinner. In the end, I went to bed.

After more than two years and the end of the Sars-cov2 warning period, the situation in Italy remains under check. Since the final part of the spring, the media talked about a new variant, renamed as Omicron BA.5. The new italian government said that the statistics about the Sars-cov2 situation in Italy will be published once a week. Below, the numbers after the publication of the report about the period between February 3rd and 9th, officialized by the Italian Ministry of Health and the ISS.

Mi piacerebbe condividere con voi il mio report giornaliero. Queste sono le mie attività per la giornata di ieri, 12 Febbraio 2023.

In mattinata ho preparato del materiale e pedalato seguendo un gruppo di ciclisti. Ho raggiunto Ficola, Codena, Bergiola Foscalina e Santa Croce. Ho riempito delle bottigliette, poi ho visto alcuni ciclisti e delle camminatrici, prima di tornare a casa. Ho fatto una doccia, poi pranzato con genitori e fratello, mangiando qualcosa di simile agli Spätzle. Sono rimasto a casa, ho preparato del materiale, ricontrollato la camera, e cenato. Per finire, sono andato a nanna.
