After the routines of the day were done I managed to get out on my mountain bike! 🚴. So here are a few pictures of the ride.
Some ducks enjoying the evening warm weather in a local park. I set off for a leisurely ride into Buchan Park where I took the cover photo.
Another small fishing lake in the same park. The track gets tricky around here with lots of tree roots to negotiate.
I found this interesting pit in the middle of nowhere, someone must have been digging here in the past. I hope they found something interesting!
There is a neat totem which has an inscription on the back that simply says 'For Robin'
There is a great track that I often ride, nice soft pine needles mixed with earth which is perfect this time of year. Slightly down hill towards Tilgate lake. I pictured the track both ways to give some perspective.
And finally at the dam end of Tilgate lake. It was lovely this evening, so peaceful and warm.
