My Actifit Report Card: August 6 2022 - I Am Alive Challenge

A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.

Increasing the number of steps from the oven is helping me sleep better at night so that in the morning I wake up more regularly. Even today the awakening was immediately welcomed by a hot and humid day and the present sky a cloudy activity almost absent.

At lunch I ate only pasta and an apple while in the early afternoon I rested for an hour. Around 6pm I went down for my evening jogging tour that lasted a couple of hours.

And before I really start to run, I just have to celebrate my iamalivechallenge number 107 and taking part in the second stage of the Macfit 10.

Since I was left with a refrigerator almost empty, on the way back, I went to the supermarket while I was still very sweaty because it was late and I could not go home to change.
