A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
A huge perturbation with an air of maritime polar origin sinks on the central Atlantic recalling an increasingly stable African anticyclone on Italy. However part of the north is discovered and an annoying cloudiness ruins the sky in the photographic panorama.
This morning I was at the supermarket shopping and soon I celebrated my iamalivechallenge 180 but it is only the beginning of a long adventure alive.
After lunch I went to Mergellina metro station 2 because I had planned a very hard jogging path.
In fact, when I arrived in Piazza Sannazzaro, I climbed the steep route of the 13 descents of Sant'Antonio.
A small road that leads to the homonymous church of Posillipo from which you can see a breathtaking view of the city.
In front of the church there is an open space almost overlooking the promenade. The place is so beautiful that it was chosen as a photo shoot by a bride who was doing the service just as I was passing
Not happy with the walk I climbed to the upper part of the district of Posillipo and continued to descend through a very elegant park in the affluent district of the city.
Going down the hill I arrived at the foot of an area that has now depopulated because the yellow tuff rock wall had become dangerous and is now closed to traffic.
At this point the sedimentation of an old eruption of the caldera of the phlegraean fields was clearly visible. From the enormity of the layer of evincono the apocalyptic dimensions of the eruption that left it.
