A dear greeting to all lovers of physical activities that populate the mythical community of Actifit.
The immense icy expanse that is affecting the whole of central-northern Europe has blocked a huge Atlantic storm off England. The latter is throwing us an endless series of perturbations that strike the Gulf of Naples delighting us with days of continuous rain.
Even this morning, in fact, a leaden sky of reddish color accompanied us during the hours of the competition at the city of Naples and this morning I had to jump from one bus to another to get to the appointment with the second written test. In the end the test started 2 hours late!
For a thousand places in the municipality came in 110,000. Unfortunately, in our country, the mentality of the fixed place has been inculcated for almost a century and now nothing is done to change this bad habit of thinking about something that makes you a slave of a life remote controlled by others.
The rain fell copiously throughout the day and, fortunately, the evening left me the opportunity to go out. The first thing I noticed, as soon as I stepped out of the building, was that the temperatures were very high. The thermometer recorded almost 20 degrees centigrade.
In fact last night I spent a few hours fighting against a swarm of mosquitoes that had haunted my apartment. And in the end, at least one of them survived my terrible hunt.
Never in my life had I had to see a mosquito in the middle of December. Even now there is no night that there are not. It is these small signs that make me increasingly reflect that the climate is definitely changing and we are not doing everything we should do for future generations.
After an hour of walking that allowed me to collect the Christmas lights of the neighborhood I celebrate my #iamalivechallenge 230 because the important thing is to be #alive and have a progressive and enlightened mentality. It is an attitude that allows us to positively influence the world around us.
