I hope you all are well, I am also well. So today, once again, after a week, we have joined this community because we post once a week in this community and we continue to do our walk every day. Sometimes, when we go for a walk somewhere, we also continue to walk. And we try our best to walk in the morning so that it can have a greater impact on our health. Because all the doctors we know say that the cool air that enters our body in the morning can help us get rid of many diseases. So, I want to tell everyone here that we should understand the importance of the morning and make a routine of getting up early.
One thing I have seen in my life is that unless we want to change ourselves, we cannot change anything. Unless we want to change our routine, our routine cannot change. Therefore, it is better that we have to think about our routine ourselves. Will this routine improve our health in the future or in the future if we start a business or start any other work? What is our routine?
Today, we are seeing that most people, especially those in Asian countries, wake up very late and wake up by 12 noon. In the morning, they neither see the wind nor the light. When they wake up, there is a lot of sun and heat because the summer season is going on, so their health also starts to deteriorate. When we go out in the summer, many people have also fallen ill. A few days ago, a person who was there passed away from this world due to the heat.
Till now, all the motivational speakers we have met have told us many special things. We may have acted on some of them and some may not. But we all have to act on the words of those who are telling us the importance of morning time and walking. If we want our future life to pass peacefully and without diseases, then this is the only way we have. Otherwise, today we are seeing that due to tensions, we start getting diseases. And here in Asian countries, every person is getting diabetes.
We have a young friend here who has also got diabetes. He is only 27 years old. So, what I have to say here is that this happens due to tension and due to poor health. When our health is good, we will walk in the morning and we will also walk. It is also a fact that until all of us understand the importance of the event, many things will not be able to be set. You must have liked the place we visited today because we are seeing that there are many different types of flowers that are available in summer.
And not in winter because just as some vegetables are available in winter and some are available in summer, similarly we were seeing some flowers that we did not see earlier when we used to visit the nursery in summer. So today we chose a beautiful place. These places are far from our house because in urban areas, it is not possible to do business by buying such a big place. Most people in the city are now creating brands and people like to buy there. So we select a place with a calm environment.
Our friends tell us about it. Anyone tells us because our friends, our relatives know that we are working on such a platform. So we come to know about any beautiful place. The person who worked here was over 45 years old, but he was more active. We could see from all the young people that he was doing his job very hard. His job was to water the flowers and plants on time so that they do not spoil and the business does not suffer.
This activity is one of the favorite activities of all of us. Therefore, I have to say here that all of us should keep similar things at home. This will be very beneficial. We will also stay fresh and our house will also have a fragrance. So, my point here is that when people of this age can work hard, why can't today's youth do it? Now we went to the part where these people plant plants in clay pots, so there were many pots here and they have to plant plants here and water them in the same way for a few days and then in a few days that plant is seen growing here.
And due to timely watering it is seen growing well, so here we can see that these things are looking much more beautiful. Here we have learned a lot by watching this procedure and this is the effort to explore such places and learn something from them so that in the future life we do not know what will happen, so we should have experience of each and every thing,
So that we do as much as we know about each and every place and the experience remains good. When this hardworking person was watering, the smell of soil was quite strong here and this smell is now mostly seen in the village areas because all the buildings in the city have now become concrete, so we do not see such an environment here and now the trees are also becoming less and less,
Which is causing a lot of damage. The air here is getting hotter, pollution is increasing and pollution is increasing due to vehicle smoke, so all of us urban people have to do the same thing, plant beautiful flowers and plants near our homes so that all these things can be eliminated and the environment here is much more pleasant. The city has now started getting hotter, which used to be 35 in summer, this time it has become 45,
So it has become almost impossible to bear the heat, their prices were also quite low and every person could buy flowers and plants of their choice, so our traffic today was quite enjoyable, we hope that you people liked it, your comments were quite special.
