Had an old co-worker stopped by the shop for a rush job. Needed a bracket made to join a couple components of a braking system for a motion picture stunt vehicle.
He said the vehicle was supposed to veer one way than fear back the other way and then go into a full-on roll. Guess they needed to put a high-end braking system in for this.
CNC plasma metal cutting table was up for the task of matching this white plastic Bow Tie shaped piece with a 1/4" thick steel piece!
Got a picture with a tape measure and was able to scale this on the computer and bring it to our table and begin cutting it.
Fun little Rush job. Hopefully the crash goes well!
