Yesterday made it a week of doing home exercises. Last week was a very weak leg day week for me and in a bid to show my Tiktok viewer (probably 1 person) that it is possible to start your workout at any point in the program, I did day 5 or first.
All the training I did last week was back, chest, arms, and shoulders. My gym is really not doing a good job of encouraging leg day among men. The golden ratio will always be Neck to arm to calves. At least that's what I saw online. I showed up twice and none of those days were leg intensive. Although you could make a good case for back-day deadlifts... you'd be right. I did mostly upper back programs with the clients. I assumed wrongly that they would have back programs.
This Wednesday will be different though. I already have Lower back and glute programs lined up for the clients.
I also ran this morning and I am planning on continuing my personal training. I will probably try and do chest programs today and while I'm at work tomorrow.
