Sunday again, so time for the usual cycling training with the team. Did just under 100 kilometres with a couple of hills sprints and a longer endurance block. Here are the stats:
In the afternoon, I went out for drinks in another city. I walked to and from the train station, which added quite some steps to the day's tally.
