the answer

If you can keep a hammer with it, keep it.
I am telling you very clearly and I am not saying that hammers should be used in the society.
I say stop if you can.
Save your life and do not cry out to Allah.

I am talking about Allah that if you cry out to Allah then you will be saved from that time because then there will be great cries against you too.

So one way to do that is to bring peace to society, to stop the hammer blower,
Explain to him and forgive him even if he is caught.
