My first post using the ActiFit Fitness Tracker App. The image above is my results from today’s High Intensity Interval Training session at OTF. It was 45 minutes today and it was a strength template, which usually includes inclines on the treadmill.
Quick backstory, I have been going to OTF for 7 years and missed maybe 3 days in a row one time. Then COVID hit me mid-March and yesterday was my first day back after a LONG month.
Today, was a bit more challenging; because I was sore from the extended time off and Vaccination #1 👍🏽
And also did a little walking around Kohl’s looking for an outfit for my Cousin’s wedding. Mission Accomplished.
So I’m hoping this all works; if not I’ll have to continue learning the app and posting, etc...
