Midweek Checkpoint

My wife Tiffany’s and my rest day from working out was today so my activity is based on any extra walking opportunities that came up.
Because I work in an office and my work is at my desk for the most part it doesn’t mean I can’t take those opportunities to take an extra walk or two or three.
Tiffany and I have also have been doing after dinner walks as well.
We are scheduled for our next running event this coming Saturday and one of our favorites called the Best Damn Race which we have done for the last handful of years.
We alternate between the 5K and 10K’s. We chose to do the 10K. We average 5K’s but we mix in 10K’s and half marathons.
With that said we are both recovering from injuries but feeling much better at this point. I’m looking forward to it.
Tomorrow morning we will back under the orange lights at our Orangetheory Fitness home studio OTF Nona North
Time constraints will limit my Actifity breakdown but won’t stop the Actifit generation and posting.
