On this occasion, one of my main activities is to fix several locks in my house.
I started with the oldest one, so I could gain experience and skill with the tool I made.
There are certain details in the "crab" that I made, but during the course I noticed its benefits and disadvantages, and this way later I can make improvements to facilitate the repair work.
I ended up with a newer lock, and the quality in terms of material and shape is surprising. I keep the old things since the current ones are designed not to be repaired, due to the problem of planned obsolescence.
