Today was not super busy, I tried to have a low key day because of the exhausting week that I had. The other thing was resting the shoulder.
Normal activities are fine, no big issue, when I start pressing it though, such as with disc golf, not doing well. So today was a lot of stretching, massage, light workout on stuff, but mostly, just a recovery day.
I also got a good amount of housework done today, including dishes and cleaning, gone for a few days and the house becomes a mess!
