Hey Actifitters,
Yesterday started very warm again, well actually the temperature didn't even drop much overnight. But like the forecast said, it turned stormy in the afternoon. It became very dark outside and we dropped like 15 degrees (unfortunately it didn't last).
And a few minutes later, thunder and heavy rain. I like to watch thunder storms, but it's not fun for outdoor activities.
Even Le Chat decided to stay inside for a while.
Storms didn't last too long though, maybe a couple hours overall. And we were back to high temperatures and very muggy air, so humid!
Deer tried to lure Kaia into the yard across the street again.
But she behaved much better than the day before, and stayed on our side. By the way, even though she still seems to be in pain and limps a bit, she's better than yesterday.
She seemed good enough to go on a longer walk. We first tried to catch the early sunset.
And of course the forest was next.
Kaia wasn't 100%, but she was okay, she even chased a few critters.
So, even if the muggy hot weather was really a pain, we added a little distance in the neighborhood.
Finally, back at home, the deer were back, and kind of taunting Kaia.
After I let Kaia in, I went back to see that one deer that followed us. He let me get pretty close, maybe we can be friends!
Well, the day wasn't as active as the last few days. The storms didn't help with the heat unfortunately, and it will probably stay hot for a while. So hopefully we can get the activity back up.
