Hola a todos mis amigos de la comunidad de Actifit en esta gran ocasión vengo a traerles unas fotografías de uno de mis trotes nocturnos que tuve el día de hoy pues estuve bastante aburrido en la casa y decidí escuchar un poco de música para entretenerme y jugar un rato en el cel pues en ese momento me empeze a llenar de motivación y decidí salir a trotar un rato, tomar fotos, disfrutar el paisaje y el momento, también aproveche de usar las aplicación de Actifit para contar mis 5000k pasos los cuales complete correctamente en un tiempo bastante bueno pues también me fijé que habia bastante gente por las calles así que decidí tomar las rutas que no había mucha para así evitar algunos inconvenientes, molestias y interrupciones en el trote, habían muchos carros por el camino igual y se me hizo algo difícil pero con buena motivación y ganas pude lograrlo exitosamente, ya será en el próximo fin de semana que haga otro trote como de costumbre ya que los días de lunes a viernes no puedo trotar de noche ya que estoy más enfocado en mis entrenamientos de estaticos o freestyle, bueno mis amigos espero se vuelva a dar otro cardio bueno como este 💪🏻🏃🏻❤️.

Hello to all my friends in the Actifit community on this great occasion I come to bring you some photographs of one of my night jogs that I had today because I was quite bored at home and decided to listen to some music to entertain myself and play for a while on the cell phone because at that moment I began to fill with motivation and decided to go out for a jog for a while, take photos, enjoy the scenery and the moment, I also took advantage of using the Actifit application to count my 5000k steps which I completed correctly in a pretty good time because I also noticed that there were quite a few people on the streets so I decided to take the routes that there weren't many in order to avoid some inconveniences, annoyances and interruptions in the jog, there were many cars along the way as well and it was somewhat difficult for me but with good motivation and desire I was able to achieve it successfully, it will be next weekend that I do another jog as usual since on Mondays through Fridays I can't jog at night since I'm more focused on my static or freestyle training, well my friends I hope I hope you enjoy another good cardio session like this 💪🏻🏃🏻❤️.
